DIGITAL PRINTING ON T SHIRTS.

Inkjet technology has now developed to the point where it is possible to print directly onto the garment ( DTG ). This means that small quantities of shirts that were once too expensive to print are now affordable.

FOR 100% COTTON SHIRTS ONLY.

The finer the cotton the better the result. Some bright colours may need to be washed prior to printing. Fluro colours, orange and red are the main problems. Digital printing requires cold hand wash for best longevity.

Maximum image size is 420 x 550mmm. 

We like to email a visual for confirmation before printing. There is a $15 minimum charge for this service. If your image is of poor quality ( usually from the internet ) we may not be able to reproduce it accurately. A simple rule is print it out at home at the size you want on the shirt. If it looks good on paper it should look good on the shirt. More artwork info is on the pricelist download.

Digital doesn’t become much cheaper with volume as it is slow and inks are expensive. It’s usually cheaper to screenprint after 10 - 20 shirts depending on the design.

We also offer computer cut vinyls for one colour images where special effects may be necessary.
